Patrice Augustyniak, FNP

•  Joined Trident Health Center in March 2023

•  Graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2021

•  Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

•  Patti started her medical career as a medical assistant fresh out of high school. She then obtained her nursing (RN) degree in 2010 and then worked in the PCU stroke unit and ICU.

•  Patti also worked in an ambulatory surgical center while completing NP school (when she did a clerkship rotation at Trident Health Center).

•  On a personal note, Patti is a native of Illinois. She is married with three children and four grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family whether that is outdoor activities, game night, playing cards or watching mystery movies.
 

•  Patti enjoys family practice and building long-term relationships with her patients.
